Our Choice awards at Artesia General Hospital honors those employees who have made outstanding contributions to our community, patients, their families, and each other.

DEADLINE TO NOMINATE IS MARCH 31, 2023

Choice Award Categories:

• The Rising Star Award is presented to any AGH employee that has shown exceptional promise and has made a significant impact to the organization.
• The Golden Stethoscope Medical Scaff Choice Award is presented to any medical staff member (ex: Physician/APP).
• The Golden Stethoscope Choice Award is presented to any clinical or direct clinical care employee (ex: RN, LPN, CMA, RT, MLT, RadTech, etc.).
• The Going the Extra Mile (GEM) Award is a prestigious recognition given to any AGH employee who demonstrates leadership, dedication, commitment, and years of service, achieved individual and team milestones, contributes to the mission, vision, and values of AGH.

All nominated employees will be recognized at our 2023 Employee Choice Awards.
