All our respiratory care practitioners are licensed by the State of New Mexico and credentialed by the National Board of Respiratory Care Practitioners.
Our Respiratory Therapy Department and Pathology Laboratory are certified by the College of American Pathologists (CAP). Artesia General Hospital is proud of this prestigious accreditation and is the only hospital in Southeastern New Mexico to be CAP-certified.
Lung Cancer Screening
Artesia General Hospital is also proud to offer the only lung cancer screening facility in our area accredited by the American College of Radiology.
