    How a Diabetes Educator Can Help You

    Healthy eating, physical activity, monitoring your condition, taking medication and reducing risks to your health are all important parts of your daily routine for people with diabetes. But it can feel overwhelming!

    Susan Dade, RD, LD, CDE can help. As a Certified Diabetes Educator and Certified Insulin Pump Trainer, she works with you as a member of your healthcare team to develop a personalized plan to keep you healthy. She will also give you the tools and ongoing support you need to make that plan a regular part of your life.

    Susan also provides counseling for all nutrition-related issues, including obesity, celiac disease, chronic kidney (renal) disease, pre-bariatric surgery, failure to thrive and diverticulitis.
