With the new ChartSpan® program at Artesia General Hospital, you have easy access to all of your medical information–as well as nurses who can answer questions and help keep your health plan on track.

The ChartSpan® team is available to you 24/7 to help you get answers to your healthcare questions, achieve your health goals, coordinate care between your healthcare providers, and help you save money on healthcare costs.

As part of the program, a member of our team will call you once a month to check-in, and encourages you to call us whenever needed.
