If you’re living with persistent pain that affects your daily life, you don’t have to go it alone. At AGH’s Pain Management clinic, our multidisciplinary team, led by interventional specialist Casey Dellabarca, MD, develops personalized treatment plans using the latest procedures and therapies to help you reclaim comfort, mobility, and quality of life.  

A coordinated, expert-driven approach

Your pain management plan begins with you. We partner with your primary care provider, imaging and laboratory services, physical and occupational therapy, and our interventional team—ensuring every step of your care is connected, clear, and focused on your goals.

Advanced options for relief

We offer cutting-edge treatments including nerve blocks, epidural & steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, and other minimally invasive procedures. Our approach focuses on reducing pain, improving function, and helping you return to meaningful activities.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral?

Yes. We require a referral from your primary care provider before scheduling. 

Will I be given opioids?

No. Our practice does not focus on prescribing or managing narcotics/opioids as a primary treatment. We emphasize interventional and non-opioid therapies.

How do I know if I am a candidate for intervention?
