Artesia General Hospital is a community-based non-profit organization dedicated to serving the health care needs of the members of our community.  One of the ways we fulfill our non-profit mission is to offer financial assistance to our patients who have an economic need and meet the qualifications of our financial assistance policy.

To determine if you qualify for financial assistance please complete a financial assistance application and provide one of the following documents:

• Last year’s tax return
• Last two paycheck stubs
• Social security check or award letter
• Unemployment or food assistance award letter
• Letter from your employer to include employee name, hourly wage, number of hours worked
• A copy of a bank statement
