Artesia General Hospital’s Financial assistance program is open to individuals and families whose income meets our policy guidelines. We review each patient financial assistance application on a case-by-case basis, taking into account household size, total income, and available assets. Every request is handled confidentially and without judgment.

Accurate documents help us process your financial assistance application quickly and determine the level of assistance you may receive. Please include one of the following to verify your financial status:
Last year’s federal tax return
Two most recent paycheck stubs
Social Security check or award letter
Unemployment or food assistance award letter
Employer letter stating your name, wage, and hours
A current bank statement
Review Process & Next Steps
After we receive your application and documents, our team will review your materials. We aim to contact you within two weeks to discuss eligibility and any remaining balance.
