No. Most patients schedule directly.
Can I choose my provider or clinic location?
Yes. AGH offers multiple Family Practice providers in Artesia and Carlsbad so you can select the location and provider that best fits your family.
What if I need a specialist?
Your primary care provider coordinates with your specialists—such as orthopedics, imaging, behavioral health, and more—so your care remains connected.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes. We provide virtual visits for follow-ups, medication reviews, or when travel is difficult.
What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?
You will need to bring your ID and current insurance card to every visit, even if you have been seen here before. If this will be your first visit, please also bring a list of all medications you are currently taking. Your insurance may also require you to pay a copay, coinsurance, or deductible.
