Artesia General Hospital offers comprehensive diagnostic imaging services in both Artesia and Carlsbad.
As the only Radiology Department in southeast New Mexico accredited by the American College of Radiology in all five imaging modalities, we are able to offer our patients the highest quality of care. Our CT, MRI, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine and Ultrasound designations recognize safe, effective diagnostics. They are a testament to our commitment to caring for our community as partners in health.
We are also the only facility within 150 miles to receive a Lung Cancer Screening Center designation by the American College of Radiology. Our team is proud to offer Low-Dose CT, which detects extremely small tumors before lung cancer symptoms develop—significantly improving chances for successful treatment of our patients.
We offer radiology appointments for a variety of tests in both Artesia and Carlsbad. Our interventional radiologists are also available seven days a week.
