Amanda Ryan, DO is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiology, specializing in women’s cardiovascular health. Amanda diagnoses and treats a variety of cardiovascular diseases and conditions, such as Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD), Venous Disease of the Legs, atrial fibrillation (AF or Afib), and coronary artery disease (CAD)–and provides pre-operative cardiovascular evaluations.
Amanda earned her Bachelor’s in Biology from North Central College Naperville, IL and her medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, MO. Amanda completed her residency training in internal medicine at St. Louis University Hospitals in St. Louis, MO, and her cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowships at Largo Medical Center’s Nova Southeastern campus.
Amanda has presented on women’s heart health and venous insufficiency at both regional and state conference.
When she’s not working, Amanda enjoys spending time at the lake, participating in water sports, and attending her nephew’s soccer and football games.
