A Strong Foundation in Emergency Care

A proud Artesia native, Lindsey launched her nursing career in Las Cruces after graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New Mexico State University in 2014. In 2023, Lindsey took on a new leadership role as Lead Clinic RN at Memorial Family Practice, one of AGH’s primary care clinics. In this position, she oversees day-to-day clinical operations and ensures the clinic runs safely, efficiently,
and in alignment with current medical standards. Lindsey works closely with providers and support staff—including medical assistants, LPNs, and phlebotomists— to coordinate care for patients with both routine and complex needs.

She ensures patients receive timely follow-ups after emergency room visits or hospitalizations, minimizing care gaps and improving long-term outcomes. Her hands-on approach makes patients feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way. “Nursing has taught me that healing goes beyond medicine. It’s about being present, listening deeply, and earning the trust of the people you serve. Each patient has a story, and I’m grateful to play even a small part in helping them through it.” she says.

A Trusted Resource in the Clinic

Lindsey is a trusted resource for both patients and staff. She provides education and guidance, ensuring patients understand their diagnoses, medications, and care plans. She also helps monitor lab studies and infection control efforts, keeping the clinic aligned with evidence-based practices.
