With over eight years of experience as an Orthopedic/Trauma Registered Nurse and an extensive background in patient care, Dyakova brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role. Dyakova’s journey in healthcare began with a deep commitment to patient-centered care, which has guided her throughout her career. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialty from Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois, after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the same institution. Her foundation in trauma recovery, pain management, and post-surgical care provides her with a unique perspective on patient treatment, making her an invaluable addition to our orthopedic healthcare team.
In her most recent position as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Dyakova performed in-depth health risk assessments and developed individualized care plans for members in skilled nursing and home care settings. Prior to this, she also gained experience in palliative care and emergency settings, further honing her ability to provide comprehensive, patient-focused care.
