What to expect
- Your initial consultation: We review your symptoms, sleep history, and health background. Many insurance plans require this step before approving a sleep study — call 575-736-8484 to get started.
- Your sleep study: Whether in-lab or at-home, our team coordinates everything. In-lab studies run Monday through Sunday, 7:30 pm to 6:00 am in private, comfortable rooms monitored by trained sleep technicians.
- Results and treatment plan: A board-certified sleep physician reviews your study and communicates findings to your primary care or referring provider, typically within 14 working days. Together you’ll determine the best path forward — whether CPAP, an oral appliance, lifestyle changes, or further evaluation.
