About Crystal Rhoades
Crystal Rhoades is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing through the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Texas at Arlington. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she gained over 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. She has worked across numerous nursing specialties, including women’s health, family practice, urgent care, public health, pediatrics, and urogynecology. Crystal has extensive experience in rural health settings. Her passion lies in women’s health, and her goal is to serve as a comprehensive provider in under-served, rural communities.
Crystal Rhoades, FNP-C sees patients at Vibrant Women’s Health, offering pelvic floor physical therapy for women across Artesia, Carlsbad, Roswell, and southeastern New Mexico.
